The staff are very considerate. Many of them are learning how to work in a business to get credit for their education and the owner selects them very well. The laundry staff are also very good and prompt. The location is excellent being right in front of the fortress. You can get a great view of the fort at night from your balcony in some rooms!

Pem is a wonderful host and we felt very welcome by her and all the staff. We only stayed for one night as a stop over between El Nido and Puerto Princessa which worked out well breaking up the long transfer. We really loved Taytay town as a quieter (and cheaper!) alternative to El Nido.

Room was pretty spacious.Big tv.Very quiet.The owner and staffs were nice .We ate dinner there and foods were okay.Airconditioned room with very quiet ceiling fan .

The owner and her son were very helpful and accommodating. The place is simple but very cozy. The bathroom would need a little update.
